When detectives in Somerset County, New Jersey receive information about suspicious deaths at a hospital, they come to the horrific realization that a nurse is intentionally killing his patients. They are ready to work together with the hospital to identify and arrest whoever is responsible, but are shocked to find that the hospital stonewalls them at every point of their investigation. As patients continue to die in sudden and suspicious ways, the detectives realize they are out of time, and to solve their case they are going to need the help of a brave woman willing to risk it all to take down a serial killer.
